The duration of each school class is one hour. We broadly base our programme on FMS (Fundamental Movement Skills) and PMS (Perceptual Motor Skills.) We continually refine our programme for the students in the group.
Safety is always our first priority and we plan accordingly with the activities and techniques taught in each session.
Fees are payable in advance, at the beginning of a term. An invoice will be emailed at the beginning of the new term.
Please contact us if you have any questions. We hope the experience of keeping active will be enriching for your child.
