Our judo year began with a Ju no Kata workshop, hosted by Kodomo Dojo with coaches Neisha Brooking and Al Green.

What is Ju no Kata? Ju no Kata is one of the foundational Katas in Judo, focusing on yielding, balance, and fluid movement principles. Learning Ju no Kata will help you:
